Be aware that there is currently a phishing attempt being sent to local Dem members pretending to be Marcia Bird, our chair, asking recipients to respond via email communication. These emails are NOT from Marcia or the Shiawassee Dems. The person in question is using a Gmail account, and misspelled Marcia as ‘Marica.’
If you received one of these emails, please do not reply and delete the email.
You can check emails from Marcia or another party leader by looking at the email address of the sender. Our emails always end in @shiawasseedems.org. Anything else should not be trusted.
